A Year of Reflection, Gratitude, and What Comes Next…

Dear Assessments 24×7 Community,

As we have closed another year, I find myself reflecting more deeply than ever before. On life, on work, and on the incredible relationships that have shaped the journey of our company and me over the past 25+ years.

This year changed me in ways I never expected. Earlier this year, I experienced a heart attack. An event that forces clarity in an instant. When life slows you down without warning, you’re given a rare opportunity to re-evaluate what truly matters. For me, it reaffirmed something I’ve always believed, but now feel with even greater conviction: people matter deeply, life is fragile, and the work we do has real meaning.

For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of being part of this industry. Through challenges, changes, uncertainty, growth, and many proud moments. Like many of you, I’ve navigated economic shifts, technological change, personal struggles, and professional reinvention. None of it has been easy. But every chapter has reinforced why we do what we do.

Our work is about helping people become better people. Better leaders, better teammates, better communicators, better versions of themselves. When individuals understand themselves and others more clearly, something powerful happens. Conflict softens. Trust grows. Potential is unlocked. And in small but meaningful ways, lives change.

Our vision continues to guide us forward: To be the leading assessment management solution globally. Delivering not just innovative software, but a complete ecosystem of tools, education, integrations, and customization that truly elevates the customer experience.

Now this vision has a greater meaning to me. I feel it more deeply than ever before. Each day is a bonus for me. Each day gives me the opportunity to witness and embrace all that we do. I am so thankful and proud, and see everything with a clearer lens.

The past few years have been difficult for many. I see it. I feel it. The world has been asking more of people, emotionally, mentally, and professionally, than ever before. That’s why I believe our work is not just relevant, but essential. Assessments, when used with care, insight, and humanity, can be a catalyst for growth, understanding, and healing. In theory and in practice, they can help change the world.

Looking ahead to the coming year, I’m more energized than ever about what’s next. We are investing heavily in:

• Major platform enhancements and performance upgrades
• Updated certification programs
• More intuitive, powerful coaching and development tools
• New products designed to deepen insight and impact
• Expanded customization and data integration capabilities
• A renewed focus on customer service, support, and partnership

Everything we are building comes from one simple belief: our technology should amplify human understanding, not replace it. It comes from the heart and a team that truly cares about what we do. This journey would mean nothing without the people who have walked alongside us. To our clients, partners, and friends, thank you. Thank you for trusting us, challenging us, growing with us, and allowing us to be part of the work you do every day. The relationships we’ve built over the years are something I cherish deeply.

Life is short. It’s precious. And none of us are guaranteed tomorrow. What we are guaranteed is the opportunity to show up today with purpose, empathy, and intention. That is the spirit we bring to our work, and it is the promise we make to those we work with. That is the promise I bring personally as well. Not taking a moment or a day without celebrating the good, the positive, and each step of the journey.
